Accountability is very important when it comes to achieving your goals. Especially in these times as everyone is busy with work, familly or other obligations and the lack of time to get to a gym or do a workout at home . All sessions are customized to your level of fitness and are sent on the day via WhatsApp. Each session is different and the intensity increases every week, progressively, across the 8 weeks. This way you can ask questions and recieve instant feedback. This helps us to adjust your next session accordingly. This ensures that the structure, exercises, intensity, volume and motivation are right for you. The constant communication leads to an efficient programme and builds up a relationship between you and your trainer. Hence why this is more efficient than most plans that you will find online.
At the beginning of the programme you will have your measurements taken and set realistic goals that will be tracked along your journey. By joining the programme you will benefit from an in depth analysis on your progress - strength, endurance, measurements and overall analysis that will be written in your personal training log by your trainer, and shared with you at the end of the 8 weeks. This is important as you will know exactly where you are progressing which leads to an efficient programme.
